I bought my first home when I was 23 years old. As most 23-year old’s, I thought I knew it all. I came from an extensive building background, so I approached my purchase with a great deal of confidence. I came crashing back to earth after the home inspection was conducted. I entered this field because I wanted to help those home buyers whether its your first home or your 50th I am passionate about inspecting the subject property to give our client all the information they need to make a confident worry-free purchase. Helping others is what drives me to improve myself and my business. Our service starts prior to the physical inspection and goes well beyond the inspection. I am always available to answer questions that may come up before during or after the home purchase.

If you’ve ever seen HGTV or DIY network you’ve seen the process shown flipping a house. In reality there are much less ethical individuals who do this “house flipping” spending as little as possible to make the home appear brand new and renovated. These individuals may do cosmetic changes covering major structural or health problems. I began down the home inspection path because I had a passion to restore homes. I wanted to be better educated so I could address all the major concerns with confidence before addressing the cosmetic issues to make the home “look nice”. By starting a home inspection business, I am able to expand my knowledge and share it with others looking to buy sell or improve their home.
